Printing:4 colour printed both side, varnished both side, front side with Russian playing cards standards artwork, back side with client design;

Packing:one deck ( 54 cards ) packed in a colour printed paper box, wrapped with shrink film, 12 decks wrapped with shrink film, 100decks packed in a colour master carton, (100decks / 10pack / one master carton);

Carton measurement and weight: 

31 x 19 x 19 cm, 7.5kgs ( for 57 x 87mm size cards, paper thickness 250gsm );

Q: Can I have some samples to test or make my own samples?

A: Of course you can! We have 3 options for samples.

1. Free samples of our previous card decks are available,  you only need to pay the shipping cost. 

About the shipping cost, please offer detailed address to Keith Luo for check.

2. Charged Standard poker size pre-pro samples with your artwork (1-20 decks)

3. Charged Digital print samples: uncut sheets with your artwork 

Including card face, back and tuck box, digital samples color can only be matched with offset print about 80%-95%.

Q: What is your MOQ? Can I make cards under your MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is 2000 decks, based on the same design and same size cards.

Yes, we can make cards under 2000 decks as requested, but the total cost is same as 2000 decks, which makes each deck very expensive and that’s why we strongly recommend you order 2000.

Q: By making custom playing cards, which part can be customized?

A: Our custom playing cards can be printed with your design on single or both side, also including the tuck box surface, CMYK printing. We offer PMS ( Pantone Matching System ) printing with extra charge.

Q: How do I place an order?

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: What file format shall I use?

Q: Do you offer artwork design service?

A: We currently do not provide a complete design service, but we can help you add some simple design or logo on the cards, and our in house artist can give some suggestion for the layout.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Normally orders under 10,000 decks, it takes 15-20 days for production after confirmation of final e-proofs and deposit. To make sure you receive your order in time, please advise the delivery time so we can arrange it, even for urgent orders.

Q: Do you ship/deliver internationally?

A: Yes! We ship almost everywhere around the world. We offer DHL, Fedex, UPS, air and ocean shipment, let us know your shipping address so we can check the cost for you.
